Worked in the customer service and property management industry for 15 years before transitioning to now small business owner/ pet sitter last 8 years. Everyone in my life has always said I should have been a vet but the thing is, my heart is just too tender to see the sad side of things on a daily basis, for both the animals and owners. No matter what job I've held, animals have always truly had my true attention and heart. I have raised dogs and cats my entire life and truly enjoy having that connection of unconditional love. My husband and I have two wonderful boy and girl kitties who are definitely the definition of fur babies. They get along well with dogs but may run and hide from the excited ones. I have a fully fenced backyard and my house sits along a golf course which makes for great walks. Backyard access is based on client preference. I am blessed to make my own schedule and prioritize all pet sitting requests when planning out my time. Pet sitting is truly how I enjoy spending my time. My husband also works from home so animals are rarely alone. Our back yard has a lot of great space, is very secure with a high brick wall and complete with a tree to offer shade for the sun bathers.
