We love that rover provides an avenue for people to leave their dogs in homes that will truly love on and spend time with their dogs. As dog owners, we understand that there can be a lot of hesitation traveling and leaving your fur babies behind, especially when you want to make sure they will get the attention they need. We are adamant about keeping up with YOUR dog's needs whether it's with training, curbing owner separation anxiety, or any other unique needs. We personally have a golden retriever and a border collie mix that love to play, but also enjoy being lazy. They are extremely friendly to other dogs, go to doggy school regularly, and have earned certificates such as Advanced Obedience, Canine Good Citizen, and Novice Trick Dog. We are able to pet bellies and give your fur babies lots of love in your absence. We welcome all sizes of dogs, and will take care of them like our own. We ask that you bring your own kennel from home for them to sleep in. Thank you for your consideration, we hope to meet you soon! To ease your mind about dogs that like to bolt: In the rare instance that your pup tries to make a run for it out the door, we will attach our Bluetooth tracker to their collar upon their arrival. For the protection of ourselves and our own dogs, unfortunately we cannot pup sit for dogs with aggression towards humans or other dogs.

Sarah was great! Our dog came home after her stay so calm when she normally tends to freak out coming home when we have been gone. We got plenty of updates and pictures while away which were so nice to have! ?
Sarah was so easy to work with and did an awesome job of watching our dog Maggie over the weekend while providing updates and pictures! Would highly recommend!!
I can’t thank these two enough. They took such great care of our Darla!! She was living in Golden Retriever Heaven!! Sarah communicated with me numerous times each day and sent me very happy pictures!! Thank you guys again! You will be our go to if we need to do this again!

We won’t be leaving any pup outside alone, however, we do have a fenced yard for potty breaks. In addition to potty breaks we will provide walks in the morning or evening during any stay.

A typical day
What you can EXPECT when you board with us: - Walks! We will walk your dog while they are here and practice good walking behaviors like loose leash walking. We have many walking routes around Boerne. - Basic Training! We invest lots of time and money into working with our own dogs, and will enforce whatever training you have set in place for them during their stay. Some of the things we practice in our home are: food patience, good leash behavior, sits, downs and other basic commands. Whether you're worried about a crazy puppy, an older dog without a strong training foundation, or a dog that has lots of training and boundaries, we are equipped to work with them while they are here. We will use treat incentives and positive praise, or in the case of food sensitivities their own kibble! - Upon request: We will bathe your pup before they go home with you using "EarthBath" natural shampoo. - We WILL play and love on your pup! Our schedule allows us to make sure the pups are not left alone all day locked in crates. We have also limited our intake to 2 dogs at a time except in the instance that there are 3 from any one household visiting. This means that your dog will get TONS of attention. - Photos! I will send you photo PUPDATES, and reach out if we have questions or concerns. - Separated feeding! - Supervised play! To make sure everyone is sharing toys and playing nicely

Availability
We are able to provide an attentive and detailed boarding experience with flexible and alternating working schedules. We have gone as far as to create schedules for dogs that have special needs or round the clock medications.
