I grew up on a cattle farm and we always had a dog running around. On the farm, I learned about responsibility and caring for others in whatever way needed. Everyone had to do their share of the farm work and I learned to balance that with school and extracurriculars. When I finished college and got married, we knew we wanted a dog, it was just deciding what breed and when to add one to the family. We decided on a Corgi, Penny, for our furry friend and have loved having her around! My husband grew up always having a Golden Shepherd as part of their family, so we're both familiar with dogs, both big and small. I'm currently a stay-at-home-mom to our 2 kids and they loves animals, especially our daughter! She loves to play with all the dogs she can and doesn't mind if they lick her fingers after snack time. Since I'm home all day, I can spend as much time and attention needed with your fur buddy. We like going on walks around the neighborhood, watching people and cars out the front window, and playing with toys. Our back yard has plenty of room to play and potty breaks happen regularly. On the rare occasion that I need to run out for errands or an appointment, your dog will simply be crated for the short time I'm out. We're an easy going family and will make your pup feel loved and comfortable while with us!
