I just moved to Richmond back in October 2021, and needed a weekly dog walker, and on some occasions, a dog sitter. I found Sarah while surfing through this app and on our first meeting, I knew she would be perfect. She is the most amazing, warm-hearted, and professional person that I have met. When it comes to my very big doggy, she is extremely patient, gentle and attentive. My buddy absolutely loves her and gets super excited when he sees her. In addition, Sarah is a great communicator and flexible as well. She doesn’t just walk my dog, she thinks to ask questions or makes suggestions that will benefit my boy while he is in her care, and I truly appreciate that. While most of the time I remember to give her advance notice for walks, sometimes I fall short. However, on those times that I give her short notice, she responds quickly and makes it happen (FYI: I don’t recommend doing that often because her schedule and time should be respected). :) Overall, I would definitely recommend Sarah to care for your pooch in all services that this app provides, and am so glad that I came across her profile. Sarah has pet sat both my Boston terrier dog and cat as well as stayed over night to care for them! We were even lucky enough that our dogs get along. Sarah is exceptionally reliable and trustworthy. I would recommend her to everyone I know!
