Hi, my name is Sarah and I would love to pamper your pooch!!! You're probably wondering... What do I get for $15? If you choose dog-walking, your pup will get a minimum of a 30-minute walk around the area of your choosing. I can usually get a mile in under that time, which I found is a good distance as not to exhaust the dog. I hate to just walk and leave, so I will spend some extra time loving on/playing with your pup. Drop-in visits are 30 minutes or more as well but look a little different. They include: letting your dog outside upon arrival and before leaving, a short walk as requested, food check and fresh water, playtime, and working on any commands you are trying to reinforce. Either way, you can be confident that your dog is getting the love and attention they deserve. BONUS: I will send pictures and updates after all visits/walks! What sets me apart from other sitters and walkers? For starters, a lifetime of experience working with dogs of many breeds and a deep passion for the job. Currently, I have a Border Collie mix rescue named Kokomo and she is "paws down" my best friend. I believe all pets have their own great traits and personalities, and my goal is to bring out the best in your dog. That's the reason I do this! (Can you think of a better reason?) I do not have a breed preference, however, I am not a large person so my weight limit for walking dogs is 50lbs. unless they are well leash-trained and don't drag me along for the ride! I have experience in puppy training and housebreaking if needed. I can administer medications, injections, or flea/tick treatment. My skills come from owning and training dogs all my life, and I am thoroughly confident that I can win any pup over! Other concerns you may have? I know how hard it can be to trust someone with your home and your beloved pet while you are away, so my promise to you is to care for them as I would my own, which might mean they get a little spoiled. ;) I'm also a very tidy person and will leave your home exactly as I found it or better!
