5 stars all the way!! Sarah was fantastic. This was our first time using Rover and hiring Sarah. We weren't sure how it would go but quickly learned we had no need to worry at all. She was responsive, kept us informed of Maverick's day, and let us know about any house sitting check-ins. Our dog is older & requires meds twice a day and she handled that no problem. Additionally, she made sure he got plenty of walks and exercise and sent us pictures of his walks and adventures. He loves to be around people and she let him snuggle and cuddle with her. When I do a review, I always consider whether or not I'd be a repeat customer and she is a definite "yes". Overall, just a great experience.

Sarah is enthusiastic and compassionate, and she is willing to spend significant time with the pets in her care. She is not the kind of person who will pop in for five minutes - she's the kind of person who will stay for a television show! She is also very responsible when it comes to medication or other special instructions if that is a concern for your family.
