Sarah was nice and accommodating. I was somewhat disappointed that she had not told me about my dog being bit in the ear. She probably deserved it, but that is something we should have been informed of. when we showed up to pick up our dog, the blankets and kennel pad were urine saturated and the dog stunk like pee. Our dog has only urinated in her kennel if left in there too long. Made me sad that she wasn’t able to go outside when she needed to go, and more sad that she was made to sleep in it.

Sarah is great. We had a bit of a last minute request, and over the holidays, and she did an amazing job watching our dog. My dog was definitely exhausted from all the exercise/fun he had with her puppy.
