I was lucky to grow up with pets my entire life—I’ve never known a house not covered in toys and fur the vacuum missed. From cats and dogs, to horses and bunnies, even chinchillas, mice, and fish, I am no stranger to the special role animals play in our families. I played an active role in my family’s pets’ care growing up and as an adult have cared for three of my own cats. I have cared for animals with various medical conditions, including but not limited to administering insulin and checking blood sugar for diabetic babies, giving oral medication in various methods, administering subcutaneous fluids, taking my cat with cancer to weekly chemotherapy treatment, checking and keeping a record of respiratory rates for cats with heart disease, and feeding dogs with Megaesophagus. I also have experience fostering and even started a club for homeless animals in undergraduate school! I have pet sit for all types of families and I can’t wait to meet yours!
