My husband, Luke, and I have had pets our whole lives. We’ve cared for dogs from puppyhood all the way to senior care. We’ve nursed dogs back from debilitating injuries that left them paralyzed from the waist down (twice!). We’re lifetime cat lovers and also have experience caring for birds, lizards/snakes, and fish. Between my husband and I, someone is usually home. I work full time but am home in the evening and on weekends. My husband watches after our 8 year old daughter and is a part time student. We live in a three bedroom duplex two blocks from the sound. This is a great neighborhood for walking. We live across from a town park and we are a short ride from the beach. We have a chihuahua, a Great Dane, and one cat. We are able to keep our dogs on one side of the house if needed and can utilize the third bedroom for smaller animals or cats.
