Dogs have been my passion since the day I was born. Growing up you would see me out at the beach at our cottage from sunrise to sunset throwing sticks for my neighbors' dogs. 7 years ago my family and I added a Golden Lab to our family named Toby. He is is the best thing that has ever happened to us and has taught us the importance of unconditional love. To me I do not see dog sitting/walking as a job but rather a mutual benefit. I would get just as much from a dogs love as they would get from mine. I know what it is like to have to leave or cannot leave because you are worried about leaving your dog. That is why I am very flexible and interested in hearing about your concerns and needs for your dog while you are gone. As far as dog walking goes, I take my lab twice a day to the dog park so the more the merrier! We usually go to a leash free dog park. We have been going to this park since Toby was a pup and he has learned how to behave around other dogs and people. If you prefer your dog's walks to be local that is certainly not a problem either, whatever you prefer! I understand.
