Pet care experience
I am a recent graduate of UMass Amherst where I received my bachelor's degree in Communication. However, throughout my undergrad I spent a lot of time caring and working with dogs. I LOVE dogs. I’ve worked in the dog daycare industry for 5 years now. I have a dog of my own named Raya, who I rescued from Aruba during my junior year of college. I have house sat, walked, done drop ins, and administered medication for dogs. I have experience with reactive dogs as well. I would love to help you and your furry friend!

I am not going to provide in home services at the time being. In the past I have stayed in a client's home. I communicate with the client first to ensure that I know their dogs routine in the home and I make sure to pick up after myself and be a great guest!

Any behaviors that I should be aware of! Stranger danger, or resource guarding are two examples. These could result in serious repercussions so I would prefer knowing ahead of time so I could be best prepared to take the best care of your pet.
A typical day
I’d love to explore new places with the dogs I walk. Of course I would connect with the owner to see which environment would suit the dog best. I love playing and engaging with dogs, if the dog likes to play fetch we will do that, if the dog wants to chase me around for 10 minutes, I will do that too! (I have to work on my cardio anyways)

Availability
As a pet owner I am very well adjusted with molding my routine to also fit in my pup's needs! I work from home, so I have a lot of free time that I like to dedicate to going outside and being active. I am on Rover because I want to help other pet owners feel confident that their dog is getting the care they need, while also having fun.
