Sarah did a great job sitting for my three pets! She sent us pictures every day, and left the house clean and locked up. When I got home it was clear that the puppy had a good walk today. 10 out of 10 - thank you so much!!

I had my reservation with this sitter about a year ago now. But I have another trip coming up and it reminded me how this experience made me paranoid and I should warn anyone who considers this sitter. I paid for house sitting in my home for 3 to 4 days while I was out of state. This entails staying at the home with the pets the entire time. I understand having to run an errand or a class you need to go to. Keep in mind, I have a ring camera on the front of my door like a regular doorbell so I get notified of anyone coming or leaving my home. Sarah, or Holly (I guess one or the other will show up to dog sit), left as soon as I left for the airport and did not return until late that evening I assume for a potty break and a feeding. She left about 10 min later for the night not to return until about 11:30am/12pm the next day. I texted her around 9:30AM knowing that she was not at my home still (no notification from Ring) and asked her how the dogs were. She then sent me OLD photos of them that she must've taken the day before, and said they were doing great (acting as though she was currently with them). On my instructions, I noted that the dogs go out around 8am and fed right before going out. To know that they are alone, not being fed, and not being let out for bathroom break gave me massive anxiety especially after reading the other negative review on here. She showed up around noon and took them out, and then once again, left right away. I immediately found a replacement and told her not to return. Book whoever you want, but read all reviews.
