I like to walk and play with animals and provide them with TLC. I have animals my whole life and enjoy their company. I have provided care for a dog with seizures and gave him medicine when he had seizures. I am currently fostering a cat for a friend's daughter. She is a kitten and was nervous at first. I have had beagles and Cairn terriers. I took two semesters of training in veterinary technology that included CPR and first aid to animals. I prefer adoption to euthanasia in almost all cases. I have belonged to many animal welfare groups and have volunteered in farm animal sanctuaries. I also have two aquariums where I have freshwater fishes called discuses. I have rabbits, but they are kept in a separate room where the dogs don't have access to them.
