Walker, Sitter and Trainer

Pet care experience

As a graduate student, I have flexible hours. I'm a dedicated person who is willing to go the extra mile (literally) for your furry family member. I have never lived without pets my entire life and currently have a friendly and energetic Aussie Mix and mellow cat, so I am used to all temperaments. I love all animals, and have worked with dogs, cats, birds, horses and reptiles! I believe in an intuitive approach to pet care, putting their needs above everything else, and doing my best to understand what those needs might be. I have worked successfully with trauma-affected and anxious dogs, training even the most stubborn, and I believe I am skilled at managing pet stress levels and keeping them happy. I would love a chance to get to know you, your pupper or kitty, and promise to provide quality care that is dependable so that you can rest easy knowing your loved one is well taken care of.

A typical day

As an owner of a dog-friendly Aussie, I have a huge range of activities! For more low-key, anxious or older dogs, I’m happy to accommodate more local walks. For your high energy worker, activities can range from hiking to large fenced in activities. I don’t limit things to just tossing a ball around. I focus on activities that are essential to your dog’s breed and energy levels. My own dog loves doing jobs, agility exercises and intellectual challenges!
