I grew up with dogs around our house for most of my childhood. Now, as an adult, I badly want a doggo in my life again. But I’m a teacher and divorced mom with 50/50 custody, so some weeks my life is too crazy to really give a pup all the love and attention he or she needs. Then there are weeks when I’m totally alone and would love some companionship and fluffy snuggles. Caring for my mom’s rescue last year reminded me how much I really do love dogs and so I feel like a setup like this would let me get the best of both worlds. I would really like to build some long term relationships with with families who could use a backup/helper.
