Pet care experience
Hello! I'm a MS student majoring in Wildlife Sciences here in Rapid City. I started pet sitting in high school for neighbors, friends, and family and enjoyed it so much that I continue to pet sit today. I love all things outdoors and am happy to tire out your high-energy dog on a long hike or just cuddle with your lazy pup on the couch. I have experience caring for a multitude of breeds and a flexible schedule to fit whatever your pet’s needs may be. Please feel free to contact me with any inquiries about bookings. Sarah is 5 stars plus. She visited prior to puppy sitting to meet with our 2 pug puppies and make sure they were comfortable with her. Sarah is extremely personable, kind and caring. I immediately felt comfortable with her caring for our fur babies. Sarah engaged our pups, made sure they ate, exercised and had regular bathroom breaks. I was extremely pleased with how tidy she was. Kept the neat and clean. We will definitely be using her for puppy sitting services in the near future.
Sarah did a great job. She helped us out at the last minute and was immediately able to help the dogs feel comfortable, despite the limited time. We received regular updates and pictures. Highly recommend. Thanks, Sarah!
Mochi has such a fun day with Sarah. They went hiking & to the beach, and she kept in touch with pictures and text. Mochi came back happy and relaxed.
Sarah was great! She kept my Tiger busy and me up to speed on how she was doing.

I have a dog myself, and so am familiar with hikes around town and in the black hills. Depending on the energy level of the dog an available time we can adjust walk length and location as needed.
