Pet care experience
I have been house and pet sitting for friends, family, and co-workers for about 10 years. I enjoy spending quality time with dogs & cats and treating them as one of the family. I am fully aware that each animal is different and requires specific needs that I am willing to learn about and work with. I have experience working with special food diets, administering medications, elderly pets, and multiple pet families. As a pet parent, I know how important quality care is for our fur babies so rest assured I will provide this and more to make sure they are comfortable while their family is away. If you have any questions about my pet sitting experience, please do not hesitate to ask! References available upon request. (Also my rate is the amount stated per visit/stay, NOT per animal--any additional pets are $5)

We hope to use Sarah again in the future! We loved getting pictures and updates of our pup while we were away. When we got home, our house was as clean as we left it. We felt that we could trust her and that our pup enjoyed her company!
Sarah was an answer to prayer! My morkies are very wary of strangers as there aren’t many people in their lives. However, when she arrived, I suggested we sit down to get acquainted. We had barely sat down when the female jumped up on the sofa and immediately crawled into Sarah’s lap! After about 5 minutes and accepting a treat from Sarah, the male had also accepted and became velcroed to her as well. (The female sniffed her treat but left it on the sofa and jumped back in Sarah’s lap!! Unheard of as she never turns down a treat and begs for them throughout each day! I was stunned as they have never taken to anyone in their 8 years like they did to Sarah!! Needless to say, I’ll be scheduling any future trips based on Sarah’s availability to sit with my babies. ?
Sarah was great! We had peace of mind leaving our house and dog in her care for the week. She has a cheerful, positive attitude and even outsmarted our terrier to get her to go on a walk.

A typical day
Each dog has their favorite activities and I'm up for any activity they enjoy! If there are walking trails nearby I love to adventure the paths with them or take a walk around the block.

Availability
I work full time and will be able to work from home 2 out of 5 days per week starting in March. A typical in-office work day will have me leaving around 7:30 in the morning until my hour lunch break at 12. Depending how far away a client's home is, I can spend up to 40 minutes at the home. I then return to work from 1pm-5pm. I return to the home right after work to ensure pets are not left alone any longer than needed!
