I am a lifelong dog lover and have cared for my own dogs from early in their lives (8-10 weeks) through old age (17 years!). My first dog, Clover, was a Springer Spaniel, adopted by my family at 8 weeks, who was a family dog when I grew up and then came to live with me for 4 years before she passed in 2015 at age 17. So, I have a lot of experience with senior dogs. I adopted my current dog, Riley, a hound mix, in December 2015 when she was 10 weeks old. She is 8 now and loves having other dogs come over to play in our backyard. I also have experience dog sitting (including sitting in multi-dog situations) and can provide references. Mostly, I get so much joy from playing and interacting with dogs. Hopefully, I can bring them some joy and you some peace of mind while you are out of the house. Even with my own dog at home, I jump at the chance to meet any new pup. I have a lot of energy and enthusiasm, am reliable, and would love to get to know your dog(s) through visits, walks, or having them stay with me!
