I am a Licensed Veterinary Technician and been taking care of pets for 20 years. I work from home currently as a Certified Positive Reinforcement Dog Trainer, and Certified in Separation Anxiety Training . I specialize in anxiety behaviors in dogs. Two spots opened up for daycare. I run an enrichment daycare. Enrichment daycare is different then the other daycares you see in Rochester. This is more like a school for your dog. The dogs learn sensory games, thinking games, and team building with other dogs. This type of daycare is needed for dogs with anxiety issues so they learn how to handle new situations so they are not so scared in our world. 85% of the dogs that go here all have clinical anxiety, meaning they are on medication. This type of environment helps them feel safe because in normal daycare they can be bullied because of the way they feel. They don't quiet fit in. Here, no one is bullied and they learn. It is my job to make sure your pup is in safe hands and I want them and you to have the best experience as possible. I try and help my clients any way I can, babysitting, medical advice, training, and general questions about what you can do to help as your pet gets older. I only want the best for them. : ) My backyard is fully fenced in and the inside is one level for the pups that can't get up and down stairs well. My house is very clean and dog friendly. The dogs can sleep where they pick, I have cuddle beds in all rooms in my house. I'm close to the bay for those last minute bookings to go on a boat ride with friends. All the dogs love my back yard and camp fires we have. My backyard is literally a resort for dogs and even their owners ask if they can stay too for a weekend here! We have a tunnel, a dig box, plus an obstacle course! I also have a projector so we can all watch movies outside! I love it and the dogs play or sit and watch the movie with me. My pups were rescues at one point and they do very well with other rescue and anxiety dogs. I must say I'm proud to have a very good pack because they are the ones to really tell them that they are in a happy and safe place. They really know how to make all their furry friends feel welcome and part of my family. This is truly a resort for them and my daily stress reliever! : ) Daycare hours are 8 am to 5:30 pm on Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri. I have a fully fenced in yard with a tunnel and dig box. We also watch movies outside in the gazebo in the summer months! All pets are treated like my own. There are crates here if they feel comfortable in them but also a lot of relaxation cuddle beds and of course lots of fun!! If they are a single pet then they will have fun here acting like a dog. Digging , chasing, enrichment games, and relaxation techniques. It's like Cedar Point for your pup!
