Sara is a wonderful dog sitter. She checked in with me quite often to tell me how she's doing. She spends lots of time with her & does fun things my dog Lily enjoys. I highly recommend Sara . She's the best!!!

I booked Sarah for a drop in on 5/4 and 5/5 while I was on a trip to NY for my dad’s burial. I booked Sarah on 4/30. I had sent Sarah a text a couple of days before my trip to give her my number for her to call or text while I was gone if she needed anything. On 5/4 Sarah never showed up to let my little guys out to go potty. I sent her a message to find out what happened and she told me she “forgot”. Needless to say, I cancelled the 5/5 reservation I had for her and requested a full refund. I was extremely unhappy that someone “forgot” to do their job that was booked only a few days prior to my departure. I probably would have been a little more understanding if I had booked Sarah several weeks or months in advance but it’s unacceptable to “forget” when she was booked only days before. It’s not a good feeling knowing your fur babies cannot go out to relieve themselves and your thousands of miles away with a lot of other things on your mind. I had even had a meet & greet with Sarah less than a week before my departure which apparently still wasn’t enough of a reminder.
