Pet care experience
I’ve been caring for our furry friends for as long as I can remember. When I was younger, my mother and I would always pick up dogs off the streets of Georgia. I remember our house always being filled inside and out with dogs of all different sizes, breeds, and ages. Given their previous circumstances, most came with anxiety, trust issues, bad habits, behavioral issues, and much more. So a few skills I picked up from a young age when it came to animals were patience, caring for puppies under 1 year old, basic training, and more. Now that we're no longer able to rescue or adopt due to financial reasons, I find myself volunteering at local shelters and doggy daycares. My aspirations in life are to be a certified dog trainer, learn how to make nutritious homemade dog food, and continue the passion my mother and I shared. My dream is to create or join an organization that spreads awareness and helps solve one of the many overlooked issues in our society: the neglect of animals, not just our furry friends but all animals.

Loved my services with Sarah, she was amazing Riley enjoyed her so much. He came back in and took an hour nap. I am very sure got in some really good play time. She had treats for Riley, toys and even a water bowl if he got thirsty. It’s the quality for me! She’s one of the best hands down, no hesitation. This was such a busy Saturday for me, my thesis was due for my Master’s and because I graduate in two weeks, I couldn’t fathom moving from my computer even for a second. Sarah came to the rescue. I’m rebooking her every time I need her. I hope I got a sitter for life, because she is my go to girl! ??
Dear Rover organization, I'm here on behalf of Sarah Kanini Compere. I'm reaching to tell you that she's MORE than qualified to be someone looking after pets or taking care of them in any way you guys need. She's also my sister which is why I can back this up. Growing up in our house hold we owned SEVEN dogs and that's what we were always accustomed too. Feeding, walking, bathing, etc... We had to be on top of our game. All my life I have been arfaid of dogs. It got so bad to the point where I didn’t want to go over to her house anymore. Sarah was quick to notice that I was afraid of her dogs. Within a day she helped me get over my fear teaching me how to control the dog with phrases like “stop” and “sit”. She also taught me to never run away from dogs, which was something I had to learn very quickly. All in all, she helped me get over my fear of dogs or maybe just.. Her dogs. Her dogs were always so nice and well trained and still to this day I go over her house just to pet Coco and Ryan.
Sarah is a good and kind hearted person and takes very important matters serious. I have no doubt she'll be a absolutely great dog sitter.

A day for your pet with me will include lots of physical activity, meeting new friends, grooming, and more! Water, treats, and toys are provided. Notify me in advance if you'd prefer to bring your pet/pets their toys, treats, and water.
