Pet care experience
I'm currently a stay at home mom with a BS in Nutrition & Wellness - caring for both people and their pets is what I love! I have experience with drop-ins as well as long-term care, high-energy and special-needs. Since we had to say goodbye to our 14 year old Puggle after battling Cushings, I’ll always hold a special place in my heart for senior dogs and the care that entails. Without our own pup at home, I love getting to take care of yours! I treat every dog I come across as my own - with extra belly rubs included :)

Sarah was so great with my puppy who went into heat and needed extra TLC. She was patient and understanding with both dogs during a difficult time. I would definitely use her again!

Please let me know ahead of time any pertinent information to take the best care of your pets as I can (do they like to try to sneak out or pull on the leash to chase squirrels?) As long as I’m prepared ahead of time, I’m confident in taking care of pets of all personality types, sizes, and energy levels. I will not take a job if I’m not fully comfortable in my ability to care for your pet, for everyone’s safety. I will also always treat your home and property with respect and am happy to do light house sitting duties if I’m looking after your pet for a period of time.

Any triggers (food aggressive, other animals on walks, etc). Also if they like to try to escape. Favorite toys, activities and commands are also helpful to know.
A typical day
Exercise and attention are my top priorities for your pet. I love getting them outside for playtime or a walk in any weather (safely of course!)

Availability
**Due to my current schedule with regulars, I am not currently accepting requests for pets that need more than 1 day/week ongoing visits. I am happy to try to fit you in if you have the need for something short-term. Thank you!** I do my best to keep my calendar up to date as my schedule changes frequently with the kids’ schedules. Because of that, I cannot typically commit to long-term daily care. I’m usually available mother’s hours (M-F 8:45-2ish) and am happy to take on last-minute requests if I’m available!
