Pet care experience
Hi friends! I'm a lifetime pet owner and animal lover- I will take care of your pets as if they are my own! I've been taking care of others' animals since I was 16, and my experience includes all types of household pets (birds, amphibians, rodents, etc). I'm patient, attentive and I understand that all animals respond differently to caretakers; I have cared for senior animals as well as pets with injuries and/or needing medication administration. Growing up with animals has shown me how to listen and respond to the needs that pets sometimes don't make obvious. I have personally owned dogs with high anxiety and/or multiple medical conditions so I am familiar with the extra care and patience necessary to keep these pets safe and healthy. All in all, I respect animals dearly and would welcome the opportunity to take care of your pets! If your needs include house stays/house-sitting, I will take care of your home respectfully as if it was my own. I am totally open to helping with housekeeping chores while you're away, like watering the plants, picking up the mail, etc. I look forward to meeting you and your pet, thank you for your consideration!

Sarah watched our boy Dusty a few times; she was always respectful of staying in our house, and more importantly, communicative about our pet. But most of all, our boy was safe, clean, and happy when we came home, every time. Would wholeheartedly recommend using her to anyone in the future.
Sarah took great care of our 2 greyhounds. We are very picky when it comes to their care, and she followed all instructions to a tee. She was great at communication, sending pictures, and was very respectful of our space. I am very glad to have found her, and will definitely be using her again for future over night stays.
Sarah was great with our dogs. She kept in touch and sent pictures and videos while taking care of our dogs. We will definitely use Sarah again.

I would love to know about your pet's level of comfort and sociability; does your dog have separation anxiety (would they benefit from more one on one time?), any health concerns, do they like visiting with other dogs (like at a park), or are they a mellow couch potato? I have no breed or size restrictions.
A typical day
I am up for taking your dog anywhere you allow them to go- I love hiking and long walks around the neighborhood. Parks are great too! If your pet is more mellow and laid-back, we can hang out on the couch or laze around in the yard, I'm all-in for whatever your pet prefers. I will accommodate to your/your pet's routine!
