Hi, I'm Sarah! I am an animal & nature lover who works full time with children during the weekdays. I grew up in a family that had lots of pets and I wall a full-time dog walker/pet sitter in college, so I have experience with many different sizes, ages, energy levels, and special needs. I have personally been a cat owner for 10 years and I have a 2 year old high energy dog who I adopted as a 4 month old puppy and trained myself. I will gladly work on any training routines that you have in place for your dog.

Sarah always does a great job. She shows up on time, takes great pictures, and gives me good updates on how Bunk is doing. Super dependable and Bunk is always happy.
My fiancé and I have had Sarah walk our 7 yr old dog who thinks she is a puppy a few times now while we've both been at work. She does an amazing job and keeps me updated about the walks and includes a picture which I love! The best part is she keeps coming back even though Addy can be a handful on the leash at times.

I offer boarding and individualized care based on your dog's needs and preferences. I provide lots of opportunities for physical and mental stimulation, as well as lots of affection and a consistent routine. Our dog is high energy and loves to play so if you have a friendly puppy or high energy dog, we invite you to book! However, our dog is extremely understanding of boundaries (after growing up with cats!) and will not pester a lower energy or older dog.

Please let me know if your dog has any temperament issues, medical requirements, or quirks. I have two cats and a dog, so it is important for me to know that your dog is cat and dog-friendly. Kindly let me know if your dog is able to jump a short fence, dig beneath a fence, or is prone to escaping. Your dog may be home alone briefly, as we do our grocery shopping around the corner on weekends, please let me know how your dog does in the house alone or if he/she is crated.
A typical day
I love to hike and go to the beach, so you will likely receive some pictures of your dog hiking Del Monte Forest and romping at Asilomar. We have a fenced in patio where your dog can sunbathe, watch the deer go by behind the house, or wrestle with our dog. At night, we like to chill on the couch, give the dogs frozen kongs/chew toys, and give the dogs some affection/snuggle time.

Availability
I am available for boarding over the weekends when I am off of work. On weekends I spend most of my time at home or enjoying nature on our back patio, on the trails behind our house, or at the beach with my dog. I do not typically offer weekday bookings, as I want to ensure that when your dog stays with us, they receive my full attention and care. However, in the event that a booking is extended into the weekdays, I return to my home midday (2-3:30) for walks and feedings, then I am home at 6:30 pm for the night.
