Pet care experience
I've been involved with animals since the age of 11, and responsible pet ownership is where my true passion lies. When I was 11, I got a Corgi, Lizzie, and spent a year training her to compete in AKC junior handling competitions. We competed for 5 years, and she sadly passed away November 2021 at the beautiful age of 15. From the age of 11 to my current age of 26, I've been dog sitting and cat sitting for friends and family. Since my former Corgi, Lizzie, lived to be 15, I have experience giving medications and being sensitive to elderly pets' needs. I've been pet sitting on Rover for about 2 years, before taking a short break to move from Colorado to North Carolina. Also, I always provide photographic updates of your pet so you'll know how they're doing throughout the day!

Sarah is amazing! She followed all directions flawlessly, sent photos every 2-3 hours and loved hanging with my cat! Absolutely recommend her and I’ll definitely be a repeat any time I need my baby cared for!
Sonny had a great experience with Sarah. He is scared of most people, but quickly warmed up to Sarah. He loved being able to sit on her little sofa and snuggle in her bed. He also had a great time playing with her dogs! He had a great vacation and we will definitely send him to Sarah next time we visit Great Wolf Lodge!

Please do let me know if your pet has any sensitivities or specific needs during his/her stay with me, and I'll be more than happy to adapt. This includes medications, food sensitivities, and fears (of other pups, children, cars, etc.).
A typical day
I work remotely, so I'm at home all day with my pets (and yours!). I have a small, un-fenced backyard where I take my pups out, as well as taking them on walks in my neighborhood.

Availability
I'm currently working remotely, so I'm with my pets (and yours!) all day to watch them, take them out, and feed them. I have a three bedroom home with plenty of space. I love to take my dogs on walks in the neighborhood, and I also have a bed and a couch for your pets to lay on. I'm only available for house sitting and boarding on weekdays (Monday - Friday). Pick ups and drops off can be done between 7am-6pm. I'm more than happy to do a meet & greet beforehand, so you can see where your pet will be staying.
