Pet care experience
I relocated from Upstate New York to San Diego in July 2017 for my graduate studies with my fiancé who is Active Duty Military. Both of us are 'Dog-People' and want one of our own but are waiting until after I finish my Masters at San Diego State. My schedule is flexible which allows me to visit your home to pet sit or bring your dogs out for a few walks. It is important to me to take the best care of your pets that I can. Please provide me with as much information about your preferences as you can - Commands, treat restrictions, furniture restrictions, etc. I am very excited for this new opportunity to live in San Diego but one thing that makes it harder to adjust is the fact that my family members and our furry friends are all back home in Saratoga. I hope to be of help to people in the surrounding area to care for your dogs just like family.

Sarah did an excellent job watching my dog this last weekend. She took him on lots of walks, stayed in touch the whole time, and when i came home he was happy. I’d recommend her for your furry loved ones as well :)
Sarah did such a great job! She even came prior to her stay with our dog and kitten for a meet and greet. She made our bed before she left and was responsive when we text her to check in on our pets. We're hoping to rebook her in September when we leave for our wedding! Thank you Sarah. It's so nice to find someone we can trust with our babies and our home!
Sarah Brindle is a dog lover extraordinaire!. She was a little girl when we adopted our Corgi. It was love at first sight. Sarah adored her, and cared for her until she left us at age 15. She takes advantage of every opportunity to spend time caring for and interacting with dogs. As a grad student at SDSU, she welcomes the opportunity to care for dogs.
I've known Sarah Brindle for many years and she is a very good friend of mine. She has such a kind heart and is very nice to everyone she comes in contact with, especially when it comes to dogs. She has always had a special place in her heart for dogs and is so good at caring for them. This is truly something she loves to do and it shows with every dog she meets.

I do not have any breed preferences. However, I do like to know what your dog's personality is like - are they more shy and timid or are they high energy? If they need any sort of extra care (I.e. Are they afraid of thunderstorms, etc.?)
A typical day
San Diego is a truly beautiful area, especially in Chula Vista and surrounding areas. I am open to suggestions for places to go explore with the dogs as I am new to the area and not as familiar with the trails. I like the dogs to have time to sniff around and do their own thing, but I truly value the idea of walks being for exercise. As a result, I try to get in at least 2 miles with each dog.
