Pet care experience
I’ve owned and cared for pets my whole life. I always jump at any opportunity to watch friends and family’s pets when they are on vacation. I’ve been doing rover for 2 years now and have several regular clients I love. On weekdays, I go to work for 4-8 hours in person, and always do long walks before and after, but I always want to ensure that away time works for your pet. I have a spacious apartment and love going on walks. Would love to take your pet on walks and to the dog park if allowed!!

Sarah was very patient and accommodating with our dog who is going through a phase of stranger danger. She sent photos throughout the day and our dog came back happy :) we know our pup is in good hands with Sarah!
I did not want to write this review, or give Sarah a negative review, but I'm not sure what else do to at this point, as she has refused to communicate further and appears unwilling to give back a few items of my dog's, unless I give her a tip she did not earn. When I dropped off my dog (Blue), I included a ziploc of his food that should have lasted him for his entire stay with Sarah. I warned her he's a food thief and his food needed to be kept somewhere secure. Wherever it was left, while Sarah was gone he managed to get it and eat the entire bag meant to last a few days. This was disappointing as I'd warned her

I typically only watch one pet at a time unless it is a dog I watch regularly and have approval from both pet owners. I stay In constant contact with the owners about your pet so they have no worries. On walks, I usually limit contact with any person or other dog unless I get approval from owner.

Just their feeding schedules and anything I can do to make them feel at home. I try to be sensitive to my neighbors about dogs that bark constantly while I’m away, so please let me know if this is common for your pup. I am happy to assist with medications and walking schedules
A typical day
I love going on hour walks every day and walking to the monuments. If the owner is comfortable with it, I would love to take them to the dog park.

Availability
I work 4-8 hours on weekdays and always go on long walks before and after with your pup. I usually take the dogs I watch on a long walk in the morning around 9am, another longer walk at 5pm depending how hot it is outside, sometimes again around 8pm, and before I go to sleep at 10pm. I am always flexible with my walking and feeding schedule depending on what you reccomend. I am in process of getting pet camera so I can check on pup while I’m away! On weekends I am home all day and available to play with your pup ❤️
