Pet care experience
I have owned dogs, cats and rabbits since I was a kid and absolutely adore animals. I trained my dogs from puppies and, as you can imagine, have experience with everything from long walks and baths to medication and the cone of shame. My dogs have been labs, border collies and mutts, so I am familiar with high-energy breeds. Cuddles, walks and belly rubs are a must!

I prefer dogs who are crate trained or who can sleep alone comfortably. We do not allow dogs in our bedroom at night to sleep. Pets staying with us need to get along with other animals as well.
A typical day
Long walks and nature hikes are my jam so I would love some company. We have two dog parks within walking distance. Our home has a fenced yard so pets have room to go outside and play.

I work full-time but my schedule and my husband’s schedule can be flexible as needed. We work from home some days during the week. I normally provide multiple walks each day and/or trips to the dog park.
