I have experience caring for animals in a professional capacity, as I volunteered at the Humane Society of Chittenden County when I lived in Vermont and was even offered a full-time staff position. My volunteer position ran the gamut from cleaning to play to giving animals medication. I currently have one very loving cat who I like to snuggle up with while I do homework. I love to get out hiking so I can keep myself moving between classes. I work (remotely) in healthcare research and am attending school for Public Health. I have a flexible schedule as my classes are only a few hours long and I only work one 9-5 day a week. Besides hiking, I spend my free time reading and watching Netflix.
