Sarah was incredible!! My sweet boy Mayson had the best time with her. She kept in touch with me promptly from my very first inquiry and sent me daily updates and photos of my pup the entire time he was with her. I was able to enjoy my time out of town completely sound of mind that Mayson was well taken care of and happy! He even learned a new trick while I was away! Lol This was our first experience with Rover, and Sarah made it a 10/10. She has a repeat customer in us for sure!

Sarah communicated with me about my pet was good. She took very good care of Ruby when my usual sitter wasn't available. The only problem was she lived 40 minutes away for Warner Robins but the drop off was easy and quick. Her pick up was difficult because I schedule to pick up of my return day but got caught in traffic detours and weather which delayed me by 30 mins. I did not want her traveling from that distance in the rain. She easily accommodated me by adding the extra day. The next day she let me know she was in my area at 1pm when I got off at 3pm she was only 5 minutes away from my location. I picked up a happy, healthy furbaby who enjoyed a few hours ride. She took very good care of her and spoiled he just like we do. Only reason I did not give 5 stars was because I have clear instructions online and in person that Ruby has to be crated if left alone. She did not crate her so with the rain Ruby tore up her blinds which now I have to reimburse her for.
