Aside from the time I spend with my precious kitty, I have extensive experience working with animals of all types, from dogs and cats to fish and reptiles. Previously, I have worked at a dog daycare/boarding facility caring for all boarding dogs, as well as an aquarium where I cared for sharks, rays, and Indo-Pacific fish. Because of this broad background in animal care, I am highly experienced in medication administration of all types. I have cared for dogs with medication needs from Cancer, to dogs having same day surgery recoveries. Whether your pup will occasionally need medication, or require a strict med schedule, I am here to help you ensure your furry friend receives the same level of care you would give. I am currently only working part-time with a flexible schedule, so I have lots of free time to give your pets lots of attention, playtime and care. I am available all days of the week and I match your schedule to mine, so just message me and we can go from there! I am also available most holidays, so if you have any questions about availability please don't hesitate to ask! I have no breed preferences, I love all animals! Before caring for your pet I love to get to know their personalities and how they interact with their world, such as what they like and dislike or important circumstances I should be aware of that might affect their care needs while I am there. I like to be informed of any possible health conditions they may have or any concerns you may have while they are in my care. I also like to know the signals and commands you use so that I can help reinforce those same positive behaviors the way you would when you are not present. lastly, if I will be taking your pet on walks, I like to know any possible reactivities they may have, as well as how your pup does on a leash.
