We booked Sara as a last minute effort to find a sitter as our normal one canceled. While I don’t deny that she loves your pups, we were a little frustrated with our experience. We booked house sitting (she does not have boarding listed as a service) and met Sara the day before to show her our dog’s routine, the house, and the clean spare room that she would stay in. She sounded excited to stay. Upon us leaving Sara picked up our dog (we got the notification on our Ring camera) and left with him for two nights. I mentioned the first night when she would be house sitting and she explained that she just needed to do some cleaning at her place quickly. After not getting any other Ring notifications I mentioned it again on the second night and that we can see our driveway if someone has been there or not and it wasn’t until then she brought her dog and mine back to our house to stay. She communicated then frequently but would push the limit on how many hours she would leave (I told her 8 was max) I had to call the neighbor who also noticed no activity at the house after about 8 hours late at night unsure if she would arrive due to the inconsistencies before hand. She arrived right when our neighbor was unlocking the door. Lastly, we stressed that a leash and collar were our biggest priority due to our dogs history and being nearly attacked in the past. We want this as a safety precaution. We were sent pics of our dog on a hike with no leash or collar on and the same on the Ring notifications. Again, I do believe Sara is great loving on your pets but pretty disappointed with the dishonesty of the house sitting situation. If we didn’t have an outdoor ring camera we may have never noticed.

Sara was so friendly in our chat & once she came to pick up. She took such great pictures and details of his walk! I'm so glad to have her as a regular walker ☺️
