Sara was great and I will recommend her services. After meeting her, I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with her. She communicated with me everyday and sent pics of my baby. When I returned home my dog was safe and was very happy.

Very disappointed. I hired her for overnight visits which she did not do. I think she may have stayed one or two nights. The first day, she communicated with me in the morning and afternoon but did not reply to my texts in the evening or the following morning until I contacted Rover.com which they left her a voicemail and she got back to me at that point. She had left the night before and had my dogs locked in the house for over 12 hours. I had to call my neighbor to go into my home and let them out and also to re-connect my security camera she had unplugged. When she returned to my house she turned the camera around to face the wall. We specifically asked if her boyfriend would be staying here with her and she said no just her. He was with her most of the time. We wouldn't have minded if he was here had she told us he would and we met him first (he's a stranger to us and no background check as far as we were aware of). She typically came to the house for a few hours in the late morning/early afternoon and left in the late evening and did not return until late morning which left my animals locked in the house typically for 12 hours. She also helped herself to some food which was not previously discussed. I had a neighbor text me saying my dogs were barking like crazy which was out of character for them and she knew we were out of town. I then sent a text to Sara asking if she was there because the dogs were barking a lot and the neighbor got in touch with me. She replied she was out with friends watching the fight and it was almost over and she would then go back to the house. When we returned home as soon as we walked in the house there was a strong odor of urine. I looked around and noticed she cleaned up the pee, just not good enough. We got home shortly after 10 PM and I had to steam mop my floors because it was sticky when you walked on it and I couldn't handle the smell. The overall experience was very disappointing, 30% of the time on my vacation I was stressing about my fur babies. We were hoping it worked out because we would love to travel more and have someone we can trust watching our animals. She may be better with one or two days watching your animals but I honestly couldn't tell you. I wish I could recommend her but I can't.
