Pet care experience
We are a husband and wife team that live in the West End of Portland and LOVE dogs! We have two dogs of our own (12 yr Husky & 4 yr Black Lab) that thoroughly enjoy make new friends. We currently are working from home full-time and are looking for opportunities to provide some company to your dogs that might be chillin' at home alone, whether it be by having them over for the day or taking them for a walk. We both have had dogs around us our whole life and raised the two dogs we have now from when they were just pups. We love the outdoors in all seasons, but also enjoy the quality time indoors that we can offer. We hope you consider us to love on your dogs and we look forward to the opportunity to meet you and your pups!

Wow! Sara & Nick went ABOVE & BEYOND taking care of Harley during our wedding weekend. Sara groomed Harley and got him in his tux to be our ring bearer. She brought him to a photo shoot location by Portland Headlight and a ceremony downtown as well. Harley LOVED her! He felt so comfortable and in love with Sara. We decided to stay an extra night in Portland and they were so sweet to extend an extra day. We are soooo lucky to have found Sara & Nick! The kindest, most loving people!
Sara and Nick are so wonderful - true dog lovers! Their two big guys have helped my small shy pup come out of her she’ll and be less afraid of other dogs (and people). She gets lots of comfy cozy rest and active walks throughout the day. So happy we found them!
Sara & Nick were great hosts! Very responsive, very flexible and took great care of our dog. It was our first time using Rover and they were very patient/helpful with us. I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks!

In our dog-loving household, we go for multiple walks a day no matter the weather, we also live in a 2 bedroom apartment that's big enough to play but small to maintain supervision at all time, our dogs love naps and playtime so we have plenty of opportunities for both and we are not conservative with our supply of TLC. We also strive to keep any commands that you are training consistent in their time with us as well.

Any issues with medium size dogs, Huskies and Black Labs specifically? Any medical issues or allergies to be aware of? Any specific habits you're currently working on with them?
A typical day
Living on the West End gives us lots of little parks we love to walk to and run around in. In the house, we often let the dogs have playtime with each other for part of the day then they naturally sleep for parts of the day as well.

Availability
We both work full-time from home currently so we are able to go for plenty of walks and supervise all playtime in the house. One of us occasionally has to go into the office briefly but that's why we tag team dog care so that your loved one has the attention they need. Our dogs love doggy day cares and getting the opportunity to meet and play with new friends.
