I know how to be respectful of other people’s homes and am very comfortable adapting to different pets’ needs, especially since volunteering at the shelter.

Pet care experience
I’ve lived with pets (cats and dogs) since I was born, and I’ve been caring for them my entire adult life. In my spare time I am a volunteer at a local animal shelter. I have experience with senior dogs, puppies, large dogs, small dogs, chill dogs, energetic dogs, and everything in between. I am comfortable with training techniques and understanding animal body language and cues. I am a teacher by trade, so I am very organized, dependable, and patient.

Sara was fantastic! I scheduled drop in visits around noon. She was on time, took pictures, exercised my big dog, communicated very well, responded fast, made sure food and water was full. Sara was super easy to work with and she fell in love with my sweet boy. I would absolutely recommend her. I will definitely use her again in the future.
Sara was an amazing Rover sitter. From the Meet and Greet to the stay, Sara was organized, calm, and caring. She welcomed Bruno into her home and cared for him like he was her own dog. Sara sent daily pictures and videos, and provided us with detailed updates. Bruno came home happy and well-adjusted. I highly recommended Sara, and we’ll be looking to her when we need a sitter again.

I'm happy I met Sara and of course her and her family did a tremendous job with Frank. Of course she's great, she's on Rover. Right? So instead of a review in her spectacular care iof Frank, I'll review her as a person. I'm new to the dog world and am still learning every day. I rely on the help of strangers willing to give me advice. Months ago, Sara reminded me we had met in the pet aisle of a local store. She took time out of her day to give me some recommendations and advice. Any person willing to do that is an amazing human. I encounter several people weekly and ask questions about dogs. It's surprising how many people shrug their shoulders and walk away Sara isn't one of those Not only are you getting phenomenal pet care, you're getting a truly phenomenal human too. Thanks Sara!
