Hello Dog Owners! My name is Sara and I adore dogs. I truly have a heart for animals and their well being. They are one of the sweetest things in life. I have 2 energetic labs and I would do anything for them. They are old enough now that they are past the puppy lab stage and they settle down pretty quickly and do enjoy lazy days with naps and cuddles. High strung dogs that bark a lot kind of stress them out actually. We like to maintain a fun, but peaceful home with a good mix of play time and down time. My dogs are also not particularly fond of puppies, from what they've shown me. Labs are my favorite breed and specialty, but don't let that fool you, I seriously love ALL dogs.=) I believe that dogs are family and should be treated like so. I will treat your dog just like it was my own with lots of love, pets, walks and play! My yellow lab has fairly severe food and outdoor allergies, so I am familiar and comfortable with dogs that have special food needs and can also give medications for such issues. My lab will get extreme ear/skin infections if she eats other dogs food. I am telling you this, because I want you to know I am very good at keeping all dogs separate while eating so that nobody eats anything but their own food. :) I am home full time, for the time being, and am able to give full supervision to all dogs! I do not like clutter, and so when you're dogs are at my house they will be in a very clutter free space with lots of room to play and lounge around. I have worked as a vet assistant for several summers where I would feed, walk and care for all types of dogs and cats. I have experience volunteering in shelters with all types and sizes of animals.
