Pet care experience
Hi, I’m Sara! Thanks for checking out my profile. I’m an animal lover and 7th grade life science teacher and I would love to take care of your pets! I’ve lived in Richmond my whole life and am available most anywhere in the Richmond metro area. I am the proud dog mom of a 7 year old German Shepherd rescue and a 1 year old mutt myself 🐕. I have training from working in a dog daycare during my summer break in 2022. Plus, I come from a family with lots of dogs, mainly rescues from local organizations. Because of my experience being around animals my whole life (+ not to mention leading a classroom of middleschoolers), I have the patience and heart to work with any pet, no matter the size or personality 😊 I am responsible and accountable. I look forward to meeting you and your pups!

Sara is awesome! She took great care of our dog and I felt like I never had to worry. She was great with communication and sending photos of Leo on his walk. We highly recommend her!
Baloo was came back super happy after his stay with Sara. She sent us quite a few pics and videos of our dog really fitting in with her dogs. Thanks for letting us get away and not have to worry about him.
Sara was so nice and reliable! She would let me know when she was getting Leo, tell us how the walk went, and take pictures! We highly recommend her.

A typical day
A typical day will include morning play time in the back yard, feeding breakfast, then Playing fetch, walking around the trails of Richmond, and lots of snuggling!

I am currently teaching middle school from 7am-2:30pm M-F but spend much quality play time with the dogs outside after I get home from work!
