I have a fenced in yard for safe play time. My neighbors either have dogs or foster - and love to give the babies attention through the fence. I am easily able to accommodate a crate into the household, and have a basement that walks out to the back yard for the ability to separate the animals if necessary.

Hello! I provide pet sitting that’s cozy, fun, and stress-free for your furry family member. With plenty of attention, a relaxed atmosphere, and a large fenced yard for safe outdoor time, I aim to make every pet feel comfortable and cared for. I’ve been taking care of animals since I was 6 years old—everything from dogs and cats to bunnies and even horses—so your pet’s unique needs are always in good hands. I share my home with a playful 9-year-old dog and two sweet senior cats who have lived with big dogs their whole lives. They help create a calm, friendly environment that works well for pets of all personalities, whether they’re energetic, easygoing, or somewhere in between. I’m also able to administer medications if needed, and I’m comfortable supporting pets with routines or health requirements. You’re always welcome to bring your pet’s favorite bed, blanket, toys, or other comfort items; familiar things from home help pets settle in quickly, and I want their stay to feel as natural and cozy as possible. If crating is necessary, please bring your own. ****MUST BE CAT FRIENDLY **** You can trust that your pet will be treated with patience, kindness, and lots of attention while they’re in my home.

Sara is the best! I recently left my sweet boy Leo with Sara while I traveled across the country for over a week. Due to flight delays and massive storm my trip was extended and I was delayed getting home. Sara gladly kept Leo longer and made sure I received updates and photos while I was away and missing my pup. I’m so grateful for Sara and the amazing care and love she provided to Leo while I was away. Sara is our #1 go-to anytime Leo needs to be cared for in my absence in the future. Thank you, Sara!
Sara is amazing with Leo! He is so happy when he gets to go to her house and I always know he is well taken care of and has a blast. Will definitely keep asking Sara to hang with my boy!
I asked Sara to help me socialize my adopted, shelter dog. So, instead of a typical drop in, I was present for the visit. Sara was very patient and friendly with my dog and she knew exactly how to interact with her (get down low, avoid eye contact, continously give her treats, and let my dog approach her while telling her what a good girl she is). I was so relieved that I didnt have to explain all of that to her. My dog is so loving and affectionate but is super slow to trust people, but she was taking treats out of Sara's hand immediately. I have asked her to come back, so my dog can get to know the same person before introducing her to more people. I am confident that her and my dog will become great friends.
Sara was GREAT with our old English sheepdog Ranger! She sent regular updates with photos, and I could tell that he was having fun. We’ll definitely check in with Sara next time we need a sitter in Chattanooga.
