Pet care experience
I have had pets my whole life, as of now I have 4 dogs at home in my hometown. I did a bunch of pet sitting last semester which gave me even more experience with caring for animals. The experience I have had growing up with animals has made me develop a never ending love for animals. I promise I will love your animals as my own and take care of them with all of my heart. In previous experience, I have fed, walked, bathed, gave medicine to animals, etc. The majority of my experience is with cats and dogs.

sara pet sat my dog for me while i was on vacation and it was super last minute too. She did an amazing job with our puppy and our cats. She kept me updated and always responded quickly. I loved having sara as our pet sitter.
When you have 5 dogs and you come home, to happy dogs, AND clean house… this says it all! She’s awesome, and I will definitely be using her in the near future!

When I am watching other peoples animals, I always keep an eye on them because the last thing I want to do is have to take them to the vet or call the owner and have to tell them that something went wrong. I am a total animal lover so I will assure that they get proper exercise and love while making sure they are safe.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors I can account for... dogs can be tricky and I would like to know of anything that could be an issue in advance so I can do my job properly, and so that nothing goes awry.
A typical day
I like to think of dogs as toddlers. They will put anything in their mouths and they can be fussy and stubborn at times. They also need a lot of attention!! So, I try to play with them as much as possible inside and outside of the house. I pretty much take care of them just as I would babysitting a toddler.

Availability
I am working in San Francisco at the Public Defender's Office as an intern for the Summer. The hours I need to be in the office vary so I can care for pets when I am working remote and on weekends.
