Pet care experience
I’ve always been in love with dogs, and starting caring for them when I was about 9 years old. I grew up taking care of our family dogs - a German Shepherd and a Siberian husky, and quickly became the entire neighborhood’s and family’s dog sitter! In my home I have a 14 year old daughter who loves dogs just as much as I do, a 7 year old Australian Shepherd/AmStaff mix (Linda Belcher), and a 9 month old English Mastweiler puppy (Marceline the Vampire Queen) who are very easygoing and friendly. I adopted Linda 11 wks old, and Marci came to us at 4 months old. Our senior pup Roxy crossed the rainbow bridge at 15 1/2 years old, in October of 2023. I am no stranger to puppy and senior dog care! I have experience caring for breeds of all shapes and sizes from Yorkies and Chihuahuas to Great Danes and Cane Corsos. (I’m not going to lie, I LOVE giant breeds and they absolutely make my heart melt into a puddle) I am thrilled to find my calling in pet care services! I can’t wait to meet you and your dog! ☺️🐾

We are super disappointed in the care our Goldendoodle received while staying with Sarah over spring break. Our dog was allowed to eat 7 socks and paper products while in Sarah’s care. It wasn’t until we returned home fem vacation that we noticed something wasn’t right with Daisy. A day later she was sick and had vomitted several socks and paper products. I would not recommend leaving your dog with Sarah.

I had a great experience with Sara boarding my Golden Retriever, Jack. I was a little nervous about using a new boarder for the first time for a nearly two week stay, but Sara was excellent about keeping me updated on how he was doing and sent lots of pics. I will definitely be using Sara in the future.
Sarah took great care of our girls and was very responsive. Will use her again for sure!

**IMPORTANT!!! PLEASE READ:** All dogs in my care MUST have a current rabies tag+name & info tag, securely attached to a well fitted collar. I require provide proof of current vaccinations including Bordetella and Leptospirosis. Current records must to be provided before a stay. Stays will be cancelled without proof of above. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is in everybody’s best interest and ensures the health and safety of all pups in my care, including your own. I want your dog to have the best experience here possible and that includes being outdoors and having playtime with other dogs! In order to provide the best service (and be courteous to my lovely neighbors), I am unable to accept dogs that have excessive barking issues, have been aggressive toward humans or other animals, dogs that are fully not house trained, or pups that have major separation anxiety resulting in destructive behavior. I frequently have multiple dogs here for daycare & overlapping boarding, so all dogs should be socialized and be able to get along with other pups! If you’re unsure how your pup is with others, let’s chat about it before booking & set up a meet and greet or daycare session to see how they do! Since I am able to provide potty breaks every 0-2 hours, any dog may be charged at the puppy rate if there are frequent issues with urinary incontinence indoors, pooping indoors, or “marking” behaviors indoors. Please be respectful of my home and indicate these behaviors up front so we can discuss solutions during their stay!

It is helpful to know their bathroom cues. Please update your profile to include care information, emergency contact info, behaviors to watch out for, etc. I generally feed all the dogs at approximately 7AM & 5PM, but if your dog has special preferences or needs, I’m happy to accommodate! FYI- Each dog will eat separately during their stay to avoid any chance of food aggression. Please note how many cups per meal your pup should eat. If your pet uses a crate regularly at home, please bring it with for boarding. All the dogs are free to roam inside and outside all day, and will only be crated as you normally would at home (usually bed time or when left alone to avoid destructive behaviors).
A typical day
You can find us playing fetch in the back yard, running laps around the pool, running and playing with toys in the basement, lounging in the living room, cuddling in bed, snuggling on the couch, splashing around in the dog pools, taking quick naps, and enjoying our whole day! I specialize in belly rubs, under collar scritches, tennis balls, silly nicknames, and snuggles.

Availability
With this being my full time work, I am able to provide loving, personalized, and closely supervised care. I have a spacious ranch home, plenty of fenced yard space, a wood deck, concrete patio space, plenty of couch and chair space, and a full basement for indoor playtime. I offer potty breaks every 1-2 hours, daily nap time, individual feeding, socialization, oral medication administration, & tons to love! I send frequent updates including cute photos of your pup’s vacation! My dogs are allowed on the furniture, and so are yours ☺️ Please see the details below for my standard service hours & additional info! The services tab on my profile outlines pricing. -Meet and Greets -Available Monday - Thursday -Scheduled in advance of services, and booked based on our mutual availability (free of charge) *Quick 15 minute meetings at my residence (or yours for drop in visits and walks) to make sure everyone gets along, and is comfortable. -DOGGIE DAY CARE -Available Mon - Fri: 6am-6pm -Doggie Day Care is reserved for daytime, weekday hours. Weekend daycare availability varies, please reach out for information. After hours daycare is charged at $15/hour, per dog, with a 1 hour minimum charge. -BOARDING -Available 24/7 -Drop-off hours: 5am-12pm (can be flexible but mornings are preferred!) -Boarding covers a 24 hour period of care, starting at drop-off time. Morning drop-offs are best and strongly preferred. All dogs rest better after attending daycare, getting exercise, eating, and spending the day settling in! Drop-In Visits: -Available Mon-Sun *Your choice of a walk or backyard ‘let out’, feeding, fresh water, playtime, lots of love, and oral medication administration if needed. Walks: -Available Mon-Sun *Includes a full 30 min walk, fresh water, and lots of love!
