Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs and have always loved their company. In 2007, I adopted my very own puppy (a shih Tzu) who was soon followed by a boxer puppy - both were under 6 months old. I'm a huge fun of "The Dog Whisperer" and have used his methods to train, care and enjoy my dogs. Both our dogs always loved having visitors and we've always had a rotating door (many who stayed overnight). I'm down to 1 dog - a new Shih Tzu who would very much love to host friends over. I have experience with all sizes and demeanor of dog.

We could not be more pleased with Sarah’s care for our dog. She hand fed him when needed. He was rested and relaxed when we picked him up after two weeks width Sarah. We will leave our pup with her again!
Sara was wonderful with Roger! We loved the updates and the pictures and Roger had a great time!
Sara is great! She took really good care of Sonny while we went on vacation and treated him like her own. We got almost daily updates and photos with anecdotes about how Sonny was doing under her care. We’re so glad we found her on Rover. Next time we go away on vacation, we definitely know whom we are leaving Sonny with!
Our dog enjoyed his time at Sara's. Her pup is super sweet and she makes her house cozy for dogs.

Please let me know if your dog has any special needs - we have accommodated things like giving medicine and crating. I’m happy to do everything possible to make sure they are comfortable away from their home.
A typical day
Pearl (our Shih Tzu) loves to share her toys with visitor and will sometimes tease our visitors into a game of chase. There is a dog park nearby and would be happy to take your pooch if they are friendly in that environment.

I’m currently working from home so your pooch will never be left alone for more that 1hr or so as I go out to run errands.
