Pet care experience
Hello! I grew up with a mini zoo of sorts—five dogs, two cats, ten fish, two finches, and five canaries. From childhood onward a love for all animals was instilled in me. As a recent college graduate I’m hoping to earn an extra income by caring for other’s furry best friends. I’m a very active person who can take dogs for long or short walks, runs, or trips to the park. I’m also able to administer medication to any pets and have much patience for elderly animals. In my next lifetime I hope I can pursue a veterinary career, but for now I hope to temporarily care for your four-legged friend.

I live two blocks from a large grass park and very active dog park with a very friendly pup of my own to keep your dog company. We also have an outdoor patio and soft crate if your pet needs some alone time.

Let me know if you have any specific requirements for your dog or cat I can address while caring for them! I've cared for dogs as young as 10 weeks old to as old as 17 years old and as small as 5 pounds to as large as 110 pounds. Some things you might want to let me know: Do they have any favorite toys/activities? Any walking route that is familiar to them? Do they have any triggers when walking? Do they have any known allergies? Are they on medication? Any behaviors that I would need to be made aware of? I have no breed preference!
A typical day
I love to physically and mentally tucker out dogs I watch with long walks along trails, throughout the neighborhood, at the beach, and with endless play at the dog park.

Availability
I work three 12 hours shifts a week, including every other weekend, so I'll have ample time to play with your pets throughout the week.
