Pet care experience
I have been taking care of animals most of my life. I have had dogs, cats, hedgehogs, birds, guinea pigs, and have also worked on a horse farm. I think animals are very wise and they brighten my days. I have a small Aussie named Belly who is my world and I love each and every one of my pet sitting clients! I strive to help individuals and families feel at ease with leaving their pet at home. Beyond basic care like you’d get in a kennel, I am devoted to giving your pet lots of attention, I am happy to provide mental stimulation, and I am active and love getting out for a nice walk or practicing a new trick in your yard. In short, I treat pets like I’d treat a human child! Fur babies are real babies in my opinion. In the past I have watched up to 3 dogs at a time, a crazy kitten, a little puppy, a whole litter of puppies, etc. I also have volunteered with Be Their Voice (a rescue for bully breeds) and Hamburg Mutts for Freedom! Sara watched my dog blaze while I attended an out of town wedding with my family. She sent lots of pictures of all the fun walks and adventures they took which is great because that is his favorite thing to do. It was so comforting knowing he was able to be in his own home and not in some Kennel while we were away! She took great care of him and I couldn’t be happier with the service! Would definitely book again in the future.
I hired Sara to look after my two cats while I was away. We scheduled a meet and greet a few days before my trip. She arrived on time and was very personable. She got to meet one of my cats during the meet and greet. While I was on my trip, Sara kept me up to date on my cats during her visits to my home. Should would also send pictures of my cats which was a nice touch and included a brief summary of the visit. I really appreciate the care that she provided to my cats. I have already schedule Sara for my next trip out of town and I highly recommend her.
Sara did a wonderful job! She had great communication with us and we loved the pictures she sent us of our kids. Our dogs and cat were super comfortable when we got home which shows they had a great time. Thank you very much!
Sara did an amazing job with our three babies! I was a nervous wreck leaving them because they’re a little high maintenance.. lol. Sara did everything perfectly and made sure all of them got plenty of love and attention while we were gone. Cannot say enough good things!

I would like to know if your dog has any aggression or reactivity (I won’t judge, I worked at a rescue with a lot of dogs! It is just good to know to prevent any problems if I take them out). Other than that it is good to know any routines your dog likes, any allergies, and if they have preferences about being pet etc.
A typical day
I love going on walks, snuggling, and mentally stimulating your pet! Sometimes I play “find it” and hide treats to let pups use their sniffing skills. My favorite walking spot is probably Chestnut Ridge, but it all depends on where you are located :)

Availability
Right now I work remotely aside from some dog walking. I will be taking night classes 2 days a week starting in August. This leaves me a good amount of time to service your pets needs! I do have my own furry friend so I prefer to only stay for a few days at a time so I don’t have to leave her behind with my boyfriend for too long!
