Pet care experience
Come and leave your cherished pets in my loving care! I've been an animal lover my whole life. I've had a golden retriever for 12 years (who just recently passed), and now two cats, so pet caretaking has always been a part of my life! My favorite part of taking care of my animals is the mutual enjoyment. Rather than just walking my dog around the block, I love to play with him as we go along and find sticks for him to chew on. Because he is getting older now, I've also had my experience in taking care of senior dogs. I know the tricks to give them medicine, help them get up steps or off the floor, and of course all the extra love they may need! I promise your loved animals will be in great hands!

This was my first experience with Rover, and I was a bit apprehensive. Sara responded to my request in a very reasonable time, communicated well and showed up on time. She took my dog for a good long walk, and helped me out of a jam. I will not hesitate to call on Sara again when the need arises.
Sara watched my cat and everything went well. He enjoyed playing laser pointer and getting treats. Thank you!

Let me know if your dog has any medical needs or any problems with other animals. I love to take walks, so let me know if you're dog is able to go on longer walks or if that would be difficult for them. Also let me know how often your dogs are used to being alone. It can be difficult for me to take care of dogs that need care every 1-2 hours. No breed preferences!
A typical day
I love getting outside in nature, so long walks and play time outside is my ideal way to spend an afternoon. I’m also a big snuggler, so for the more chillaxed doggies, I’m a big fan of grabbing a blanket and Netflix and getting some cuddles in.

Availability
I work part time and I am very flexible. I try and spend as much time as possible with the animals I sit, but I usually come in and check on the dogs every 4-6 hours.
