I've been working in the pet industry for over 13 years. I started out working as a vet assistant in 2004 before moving on to grooming which is what I still currently do other than this. I have experience with all types and sizes of dogs from young to old, including giving insulin shots and medications if need be. I understand their behavior very well and connect with them very quickly. I am also experienced and very patient with "problematic" dogs.
