I have a wide range of dog experience to offer you and your furbabies. I grew up with a pack of 6 dogs ranging in size from toy chihuahua to giant Great Pyrenees and a Saint Bernard, for whom I helped a great deal in their care. Since graduating college have cared for my own lab/dane mix, 2 great danes, my cattle dog mix and my roommate’s mixed breed pup. In particular, I have a lot of knowledge about giant breed needs and specialty care, including exercise and nutrition. I spend all of my spare time hiking, walking, and playing fetch outside with my own pups. I also have experience working at a dog rescue and grooming salon, where I worked both up front and in the kennel handling, making comfortable, and exercising a wide variety of dogs with all sorts of various needs. This included handling and building the trust of dogs who were less than thrilled to be joining us for grooming for the day or who did not want to go into their kennel while boarding, as well as dogs with guarding behaviors, fears, and dogs who were freshly into rescue with a whole host of various needs. From tiny to giant, I have experience working with a wide variety of pups!
