Pet care experience
Hi there, I’m Sandra :) I have over 6 years of experience as a veterinary assistant for dogs and cats. I also volunteered for a year at the Humane Society, and completed dog CPR certification. I’m well-versed in administering medications, so diabetic/older doggies with special needs are most definitely welcome. I travel with my personalized pet first aid kit at all times (safety first!). And, most importantly: I absolutely adore dogs.
Reviews
Sandra does a great job with watching our dogs in our home! She’s very communicative and sends plenty of pics, videos and updates!
I love Sandra, we are new to the area and this was the first time we've left our dogs with someone other than family. Sandra definitely made the dogs feel at home and all the pictures she took of our fur babies gave us great comfort in knowing they were doing ok. On the last day, she even left a little card for our dogs, it was so sweet! I would definitely book Sandra again in a heartbeat
Great communication, sent us photos and updates, left the place as she found it!
Sandra was excellent with my girls while we were out of town. She is very thoughtful and caring. I could tell they were both happy and loved while we we away! I definitely recommend her!

You will always receive a handful of photos and updates every day when I’m caring for your little one. When I care for your pet I keep their usual routine and things they enjoy in mind, so they can be as comfortable as possible while you're away. I make sure to enter and exit the front door safely, especially for the pups who have a tendency to bolt. When housesitting I always tidy up after myself and aim to leave any space better than when I arrived. DAYCARE & BOARDING INFO: We live in a quiet, dog friendly area. We ask that your dog is house trained, and we go out for a walk and potty break at least every 6 hours. We often pass by dogs and their owners when out for walks, so ideally the pups we accommodate for boarding are not reactive when on leash. We have a sweet older dog who gets a little anxious and can’t really keep up with puppies anymore, so unfortunately we will not be able to board dogs with high/puppy-like energy at this time. Leaving your beloved pet under the care of a sitter should feel like a weight off your shoulders. While you’re away, you can be at ease knowing that I will provide your furry loved one with lots of sweet care and attention. If you have any questions or would like to book an appointment please drop me a message, as I would love to try to accommodate your needs :)

Information Sandra V. would like to know about your pet
I would love to know what activities your fur babies enjoy, so that I can provide them with the most fun and comfortable experience. It’s also helpful for me to know of any allergies, either food or environmental. Any special things I need to keep an eye out for, any cute quirks? Lastly, prior to our appointment please let me know of any behavioral issues or medical conditions.
A typical day
During our time together we can take a stroll through your little one's favorite park, trail or neighborhood. For the furry homebodies out there, I can provide a nice cuddle on the couch, complete with unlimited pets and belly rubs. I can also work on some light obedience training (sit, down, stay, and so forth) with younger pups, if that’s something you’d like for me to do.

Availability
My husband and I are self-employed dog lovers and at least one of us is usually home, so we have plenty of time to spend with your pup! Let me know what you need and I will do my best to make my schedule work with yours.
