I can't recommend Sandra Rico enough! From the moment we met, it was clear that they have a genuine love for animals. She took the time to understand my dog's routine, preferences, and quirks, which made me feel completely at ease leaving my furry baby girl (Lily Belle) in her care. Throughout the stay, Sandra provided daily updates and adorable photos, making it easy to see how happy and well-cared-for my Lily was. She went above and beyond, taking Lily on long walks and providing plenty of playtime, which made for a very happy little girl. Sandra allowed her sleep with her as does with me. Lily became attached to Sandra and she follow her everywhere becoming her shadow and work supervisor… lol. When I returned home, my Lily was calm and relaxed, which is a testament to the wonderful love and care that Sandra provided. From the very beginning, it is clear how much care and attention Sandy places into understanding my Keelo's needs AND personality (super important fact). She is extremely reliable, trustworthy, and always goes above and beyond to make sure Keelo feels safe, comfortable, and loved while I am away. Every time I’ve come home, Keelo has been happy, well cared for, and so relaxed that sometimes he wants to stay with her and not come home with me. LOL Knowing that I can safely leave Keelo with Sandy gives me so much peace of mind. I also appreciate the thoughtful updates and photos Sandy sends me during each visit.
