Highly recommend

I was traveling from out of town to hang out with a friend and travel back to my destination. I reached out to Sandinie for a somewhat last minute request. Sandinie and I stayed in communication from the point of booking up till one hour of arrival. She was aware I was going to be arriving an hour early due to traveling changes. When I arrived to her location I messaged her, called multiple times and my calls did not go through. I waited over 30 minutes at the location. Rover customer service took care of everything and cancelled the booking. 50 minutes later I heard from Sandinie apologizing, by then it was already too late and I had to cancel arranged plans with my friend. It was very much an inconvenience for my trip.
