Pet care experience
I have 15+ years of experience caring for dogs and cats. I have over 6 years working in veterinary offices, where I was the front desk supervisor and the assistant to the vet techs. I was also a Manager for a doggy day care, where the safety and love for pets was a must! I truly have a passion for animals and feel they are our angels. I am currently not working with animals, so this is exactly why I would love to care for your pet. It fills that void for me :) I am home on the weekends available to watch your pup! I have a very sweet almost 2 yr old, so it is VERY important that your pup is kiddo friendly! I can’t wait to meet your pooch! :) Side note: Calmer and low maintenance dogs are my best fit :)

Sandie was so sweet, she was able to take in duke at very late notice and took excellent care of him! He was one happy boy when I picked him up!
Sandie was excellent! She took great care of Lucy, brought her to the park, and sent pictures of her during the stay. Her dog Winter is very sweet as well. I was able to tell Lucy had a great time because she was absolutely exhausted and went straight to bed when she came home. A tired pup is a good pup! Thank you Sandie!

Sandie is by far my dog Bailey's favorite person in the world, next to me, my hubby and kids! Sandie has a way with animals which I believe is a natural gift of hers. She makes them feel so loved, has the ability to make instant connections, and not only cares for them but provides a loving and fun environment and activities! There is no one else I would rather care for my dog than Sandie! She is amazing at what she does!

My preference are calm and low maintenance pups. Very high energy or loud dogs are not my best fit. It is very important for your dog to be good with toddlers! :)
A typical day
Our typical day is relaxing and enjoying the outside weather, as long as it's not too hot! I also do like to take my son for a 45 minute stroll through the neighborhood and would love to have your dog join!

Availability
I work from home Tue through Friday and have a 2 year old Coon Hound mix. I would love to watch your pup during the day and Harley (my dog) would love a friend to hang out with while I work :) I have a fenced in back yard and calm, quiet environment!
